Policies

All of the stylists and technicians listed on our website are Independent Contractors within one place of business. This means that each of them have their own policies and procedures in place. 

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments:

We understand things come up however we do ask out of the courtesy to our stylists, technicians and other clients:

If a cancellation or rescheduled appointment is made within 48 hours or less of your scheduled appointment reservation start time, a charge of 50% of the reserved time will be billed to the card on file. Failure to collect payment will result in the inability to make future appointments until your account balance is $0.

Re-do's and refunds:

Please note that each provider and each service may differ.

Hair Services:

A client has 7 calendar days from the date of service to notify their stylist if an adjustment needs to be made. Sooner the better is preferred. Appointment reservation balances are non refundable and non transferrable unless an adjustment is necessary. 

Salon Products:

A client has 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to return item(s) for in store credit only.
